How many texts will I receive per month?
Most employees receive approximately 1-2 text messages per month. Additional messages may be sent during Annual Enrollment or other important benefits events. We only send messages when there's something important or time-sensitive to share.
How do I unsubscribe?
Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe from text alerts. You can sign up again whenever you’d like.
Will I be charged for receiving texts?
BMC does not charge for text alerts, but standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
