Telehealth provided by MDLIVE gives you round-the-clock access to board-certified doctors and licensed therapists by online video, phone or secure e-mail. MDLIVE is available to assist you with non-emergency physical and behavioral health issues. The cost for telehealth consultations are:
- HSA Plan participants: $48 for doctor consultations. Behavioral health consultations range from $80 to $175 until the plan deductible is met. After the deductible is met, you’ll pay 15% of the consultation cost.
- PPO Plan participants: $25 for all consultations.
